Your First Visit

What to expect at your first appointment?
At your first appointment a thorough initial assessment is completed.  We perform postural scans, gait analysis, biomechanics tests, vascular exam, dermatological exam, neurological exam, and functional tests of all types depending on your need.

Our Chiropodist does not require a referral or prescription from your family doctor or health care provider.  However they are welcomed!

We encourage you to check with your insurance provider before attending your appointment to confirm your coverage and any necessary requirements for filing your claim.

Your first initial assessment and treatment is usually ~40 minutes.

Please Bring:
- Shorts or pants that can be rolled up to the knees.
- Several pairs of shoes you currently wear (casual, work, and sneakers).

Payment:
A payment is due at the end of each visit.

Unfortunately Chiropodists/Podiatrists in Ontario are not covered under OHIP. However, we are often covered by secondary healthcare insurance.

We accept Cash, Debit, MasterCard or Visa.

We will supply you with an invoice you can submit to your private insurance company.

We are able to direct bill to certain insurance companies.

Please book an appointment by calling our clinic at (613) 440-3839 !
